Season # vs DVD Season # from TheTVDB

Hi all,

If I want my tv shows to index correctly should I use the season number or the dvd season number that is used from TheTVDB. Sometimes they are different and I am not sure which one boxee reads.

For example, for Aqua Teen Hunger Force, if I click on season 3 at the TVDB, I get the list of episodes I consider to be season 3. But in the details of each episode it says the dvd season number is 4.

So should I use:
aqua.teen.hunger.force.so3e01.mp4
or
aqua.teen.hunger.force.s04e01.mp4

or something different all together?

I have also found that theres a boxee channel on Undernet as well. Seems to be alot smaller but a tad more helpfull.
