so is anything new fixed in this public release vs the last beta release or is this simply a public release of the exact same version as the last beta?

Because it can take up to 36 hours for all Boxes to see the new updated version of the firmware as a new "public release" vs a "beta".

after the update my BB doesn't shut down. I'm sitting here for about 15 minutes, the TV screen is off, but BB's logo still powered.

Default Intel Issue - HD Audio?

With all these releases in the last 30 days does that mean the hd audio fix (do do with the intel chipset) has been put on the back burner?

I thought the plan was to have a fix, including a rebuild of the firmware out this quarter.

    Is that still the plan?

Default Boxee doesn't turn off !

I reported the issue back in Jan. upon the release of 1.5 / Boxee didn't seem to care much and the only response/solution is Factory Reset also known as WE DON'T KNOW WHY IT IS HAPPENING ...

Default Mine aint turning off either

Same issue here - just installed manually.

Box wont turn off. Dont know if this happens for everyone, but if this forced update goes out public now, and no-ones Boxes turns off from now on... oh dear.
