Ronald is the man! He identified the problem with the remote correctly - the transceiver inside the box is the issue and needs a complete power-down to reset. He has saved countless people, including those at Boxee and D-Link, many headaches. Great resource to have for this forum.
Marcel - I wouldn't chalk up a point for Boxee until you guys fix the transceiver firmware. It's premature.
