Exclamation Boxee Box crashes/will not boot

I got my Boxee Box in January and it's been running fine until last night. I turned on my tv and the screen was black. No response from Boxee. So I turned it off and on (hard reboot) and still nothing. Finally after a few tries I got it to boot up and get to the menu. I started watching a video file and after about a minute the audio and video cut out. Then it's almost like I'm receiving a bad signal to the tv. The video will cut in and out and be all fuzzy.

Setup is to tv with supplied HDMI cable. I've tried switching HDMI cables and switching inputs on the tv to no avail. I was on version 1.5 of the firmware and that seems to be when this started. I also tried updating to the latest 1.5 beta and it still does it. I've moved the box out of the cabinet it was in in case it was over heating. I've also disconnected the external hard drive from the box and just tried running Netflix. It worked for about an hour last night, but when I got up this morning it was crashed again. I've turned on error reporting, but I can't see anything useful in the logs except maybe this.

[ 78.344486] AUDIO RENDER: event wait timed out waiting on ABD callback for async stop!result: 13
[ 84.939130] ISMD AUDIO: Warning: Audio critical overrun detected on HW dev: 0x3d4. Resetting audio interface!

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm going to try a factory reset next, but if that doesn't work I think I have a dud and I'm going to RMA it.

EDIT: TV is a 54'' Panasonic Viera Plasma.

EDIT2: I'm 99% sure it's a hardware problem. I factory restored it and while booting up the factory firmware it did the same thing, the video cut out. I just tried to update to the newest firmware and the screen cut out again. I'm going to RMA it if no one responds.

Boxee is a good product - stop bashing it.
If we all include our setup we could all help each other better

Agreed -- time to contact D-Link for a replacement.

Yep, I've boxed it up already. I'll send it out tomorrow. This sucks! I guess I can use my laptop again like I used to, but damn I only had the thing 2 months!
