Thread: Watch Later not working in Chrome

Default Watch Later not working in Chrome

Watch Later bookmarklet stopped working in the Chrome 17.0.963.56. It pops up the message to log in to my Boxee account (which I already am) and never returns to the page to grab the video.

The bookmarklet still works on Firefox and IE.

I assume the new Chrome update must have broken it? Any chance it might be fixed?

    Wow...

I'm finding the broken bookmarklet on 3 different computers. I doubt my ISP could have anything to do with it. But I'll have to try it outside my own network.

    Thanks for the reply!!

since it's telling you to log into boxee and you already are, maybe try logging out and clearing your cookies then logging in and testing the bookmarklet again?

Tried that. No dice. And it's just Chrome. The bookmarklet works fine on other browsers.

    Hmmmm....

I had similar issues with Chrome 16.X and reported it here:
http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-11859 and it has worked since 17.0.963.44
<note: can't read ticket above unless you have "early access">

There is a extension also that may help.
    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...bhgjejoigpfphp

Appears to be a "Chrome" issue with the javascript as other bookmarklets are affected:

You could (a)try the fix from squrl (b) try Chrome Beta. <18.0.1025.45> (c) report the issue in jira
