    JavaLawyer,

Well, as mentioned I did manage to get the .nfo's working pretty well. Other than the fact that they are displayed (and thus sorted) by the epiosde number in the file I am able to customize as I need. For the disc images with multiple episodes I just need to number the episode as the first one on that disc and be aware that it is a disc image (the title can state that).

However, (and there always is one)....

I can not get the thumbnail to display the show art. I can add thumbnails for episodes, but for the show it will not display. I have tried Breaking Bad.tbn, Breaking Bad.jpg, and even folder.jpg (as I saw a bug report online from some time ago that this feature was broken in a firmware rev and folder.jpg solved the problem). I referenced the image using the
<thumb>smb://Path/File</thumb> as well as <thumb>smb:\\Path\File</thumb> but neither worked. Tried the Folder.jpg referenced with a thumb tag and not referenced....

So I am a little aggravated about this now. There seems to always be something....

I got it pretty much working okay:
    - put all the ISO-files for one series in the same directory
    - name each ISO like this: SeriesName.year.S01E01-04.ISO
(if the first 4 episodes are on this disc)

So it would look like this now:
    \SeriesName\SeriesName.year.S01E01-04.ISO
    \SeriesName\SeriesName.year.S01E05-08.ISO
    \SeriesName\SeriesName.year.S01E09-12.ISO

My Boxee now recognises the series as such. Only flaw in this, is that the episodes won't be listed as such, but each disc will be listed as if it were the first episode on that disc.
List above will be shown as:
    SeriesName, season 01
    - episode 1
    - episode 5
    - episode 9
With description and picture of that episode.

Choosing an episode in that list will give you the menu of the disc where you can choose whichever episode you want to watch.
Watching one episode on a disk, will have Boxee showing the disc as watched, so you gotta remember yourself which episode you're supposed to watch.

    Works fine for me!
