better tolerance of unrecognized media

My library has a film called "Carts of Darkness".
Boxee decided it's "Heart of Darkness".
My only option (as far as I can tell) is to choose the movie, go to Read More -> Wrong Video? and type the name of the film, which Boxee still cannot find, or remove the video.
Why must I remove the video, just because Boxee failed to identify it?

Just now I'm noticing that Boxee is playing DJ Shadow's "The Private Press" (from my library) as if it were "Private Parts Soundtrack", even though the files are properly tagged.
Why does Boxee assume it's the be all and end all of knowledge? I put in time and effort and made sure my music is properly tagged; Why is Boxee ignoring it?
By the way, it ignores album covers too.

the reason i changed the title is because i moved it to 'requests' as it's not a bug.
