Default Hard drive movies disapearing and not playing

    Hey there
I have a bunch of downloaded movies on a 3 T hard drive that have mysteriously disapeared and wont play on Boxee. This has kinda stumped me as i down loaded them and put them in a folder then poof they were gone. I went back and re loadded them and tryed again and plugged it into the boxee looked for the file and poof it was gone. I even played the movie on the computer first to be sure and they all work. As well many movies wont play saying format not suported. Anyone have any ideas or a solution?

I'm answering these questions assuming you're using a BoxeeBox .
Unfortunately hard drives of more than 2TB capacity aren't currently supported on BoxeeBox, that could be making your files disappear/unwatchable by BB !! Have you plugged the HDD back to computer to make sure if they really disappeared ?? What is the make - model & format of your HDD i.e. NTFS, EXT2, EXT3 ??

Please provide detailed file info for the movie/file showing format not supported using MediaInfo .
