Default Can a Boxee Live dongle order be cancelled?

I ordered a Live dongle and just discovered that I get almost no over the air programming here. Apparently my order is back ordered, is there any way to cancel?

Seems we are all having the same problem. Dongle over heats and stops working. I'm afraid to return it and just get another bad one. BOXEE needs to look into this pronto

Would a heat sink help? I added a (screw-on) coax extension which acts as a heat sink. And my tuner is not at all hot to the touch (not even warm).

Mine never worked, period. I have cable so there's no reason I wouldn't be able to pick up channels, but it flat out refuses to find any channels either when hooked up to cable or an antenna. I did the factory reset twice with no results, so it's pretty clearly defective. It's absurd that those who have actually received approval for an RMA are being required to PAY for return shipping for a defective product.

Loved my boxee box, but probably switching to something else after this unless boxee makes some serious changes in how their partner, hauppauge, handles this situation.

    $60 down the drain

Update: I have received live tv dongle replacement unfortunately still getting weak/no signal issue. Not sure if it is hardware issue or software.
Boxee team needs to step up their game to resolve this issue.

Do you have an example of that coax extension? I'm interested in doing the same.

I'm using a Switchcraft coaxial male to male together with a Switchcraft coaxial female to female barrel connector. These Switchcraft connectors are nickel and absorb the heat quite well. I had these on hand. I'm also using a USB extension which moves the LiveTV adapter away from the Boxee Box and allows the LiveTV adapter more air flow.

The following links seem to be somewhat equivalent:

    Coaxial Adapter, F Male / F Male

    F-Pin Coupler, Female / Female

    These look interesting:

Coaxial Adapter, F Female / F Male, Right Angle

The lightweight aluminum connectors do not absorb the heat very well.
    I hope this helps.

Thanks. Went to Amazon, in for one each. Definately going to try a set-up like yours. Thanks again.
