The only thing I can recommend is try resetting your Netflix account on the BB. This is done from the Settings menu under System->Services, then click on Clear Netflix Data.
I did run into an issue like yours, just didn't get that error code. I would see the loading screen then after a very short period I would get kicked out and couldn't get any further. Then I had another similar problem which it would go to a black screen after clicking the app and then kick me back out immediately.
Both times the clearing of the account fixed it.
