HdHomerun is not officially supported by Boxee and therefore we have no plans to fix any issues related to it. You are welcome to order a Boxee Live TV add-on to watch TV.

Yea, it's unfortunate, but I think we all knew this was coming as soon as we found out about the Live TV feature.

Wish I could vote up, but DEVS closed the request.

REALLY mad @ Boxee over this decision. I will NOT buy their overpriced tuner, period.

The 'unsupported' support of .strm files worked just fine....why remove code other than to drive sales of new hardware??

Now looking to move on to a new media streamer...

I don't see the point of the LiveTV thing on Boxee so I don't really see the point of the HDHomeRun either. My TV has a QAM tuner already so I can just switch over to that. But that's not my point.. I use BeyondTV to record my TV programs with both tuners on the HDHomeRun. I have it dumping on my NAS and watch programs that way. I hate watching live tv anyways so this has always been perfect for me. BeyondTV is a pay product but I know there are some other free ones that should work as well.
