Default 2 issues - power up and Netflix

    1. When I turn my Boxee Box on, it makes it to the home page about half of the time. The other half of the time, it hangs up after the D-Link Boxee Box image screen, and never makes it to the home page. I have to turn on / off and try again. Is this a hardware issue that I should take care of while still under warranty, or is it a know issue that I'll just have to live with?

    2. Netflix works great, but the sound gets noticeably out of sync with the video about 45-60 mins into a show. Pausing and playing seems to re-sync, but it's still a bit annoying. I understand this is a known Netflix issue, but any progress on resolving?

    Thanks.

    1. That's not normal, it could be a hardware issue or corrupt firmware upload. Try uploading firmware using USB. See here for how to : http://support.boxee.tv/entries/3288...boxee-software .

If that doesn't help then you can either get a replacement box or open a ticket on support.boxee.tv describing your problem.

    2. As per this jira issue this is something needs to be resolved by NF. I'll suggest you to vote & comment on this issue as well as call NF and complain about the issue
