Vudu and Netflix won't start

Hey guys

Been enjoying my boxes over the past few weeks with my local content, but tonight I've try to use some of the apps - and I'm having a big issue!

They don't work! When I start vudu or netflix for example the boxes goes to a red screen and just sits there. I can hit the menu button on the remote and get back to boxee but the apps just won't start.

any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. I am running the boxes with version 1.2.2.20482-64560cd with a build date of 10/24/2011.

What country are you in?

How is your Box connected to your TV?

Have you turned off the box, then turned it back on and tried again?

I'm in the USA.

I've rebooted MANY times!

I am connected to the TV via HDMI. I go to a HDMI Switch, then to a Receiver then to my TV. All connections via HDMI. Now that I think of it, there could be a problem with the switch as i wasn't having this issue before i added the switch.

Yeah try it without the switch just to see.

And if I recall, HDCP limits the number of devices/links between the source and the display...
