Boxee locks up when searching for network sources

I'm using a dell optiplex gx270 full size tower with integrated graphics running Ubuntu 8.04. The first thing i did after installing boxee was to setup the network stuff. I went to add the shared folder with all my pictures in it as a source. Boxee saw it and everything but as soon as I hit ad network source it crashed and now whenever I try to scan the network for shares Boxee hangs up. forcing me to force quit it.

Automatic network capabilities is broken, so all you can do is wait until it is fixed, or you can manually mount the shares and add them as local drive in Boxee.
