last.fm app & scrobbling

why there isn't any last.fm app or at least last.fm scrobbling for played music files?

It would be nice that played music files are scrobbled to my last.fm profile.
In advanced last.fm app that plays last.fm radio could be very useful but primary adding last.fm scrobbling...

It's a shame. Last.fm was for me one of the main reasons to use Boxee on my media center PC. Now that I bought the Boxee box, I just found out that last.fm does not exist on the box.

Boxee on music is just lame right now.

1.)
Missing all important features for local stored music files (playlists, shuffeling etc.)

2.)
No last.fm

3.)
All important features missing on the Spotify app (search, radio stations, shuffeling, top lists and now also no Spotify app integration, which would enable last.fm within Spotify)

If you're addicted to music, forget about Boxee. It doesn't work.
