Don't forget about Canadian Content :-)

I'm trying out Boxee Alpha on my Linux Ubuntu box. So far so good and will be providing more feedback moving forward.

For starters, I have a suggestion regarding content... please don't forget about adding Canadian content! Major network sites such as Hulu, ABC, and Netflix content is not available here due to geographic IP filtering.

For starters, would love to see the following channels added:

Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): http://www.cbc.ca/

CTV: http://www.ctv.ca/

Comedy Network (Comedy Central equivalent): http://watch.thecomedynetwork.ca/

GlobalTV: http://www.globaltv.com/

All of these sites provide full episodes of popular shows i.e. Corner Gas, The Office etc...

While I am on the topic of Canada, would be great to be able to view international content from all over and sort content by region without being limited by geography.

OR better yet, a document stating HOW to add different content providers.
This should be helpful for all countries/Languages, not just us Canadians.

@ nalthien: have you seen Corner Gas yet... think you'll enjoy (full episodes at http://watch.thecomedynetwork.ca/corner-gas). We all benefit from more content... Canadian, American, European etc... and the freedom to pick and choose really helps take things to the next level.

Oh and not only do we have TV up here, we are active in trying to help out progressive causes such as Boxee too :-)
