Nothing from SMB share recognized, but recognized on local storage.

Hey all,

I'm running Boxee on my ATV. I've gone through every thread on the subject here, I'm running into a problem & simply can't resolve it.

I have 2 working SMB shares, one for movies, one for tv shows. If I move ANY of the content from these shares to the ATV's local 160 GB drive, Boxee immediately recognizes the content, grabs the metadata, and makes it all gee-golly purdy.

However, the same files with the same naming convention on my share are not picked up by Boxee or recognized. The only way I can watch these files is by navigating to Video, Browse, Share Name, and then all I get is a huge list of filenames.

I can't manually type in recognition information for each file, I'm using a freaking AppleTV remote for one thing, and for another, if I simply move the file to the ATV, Boxee knows exactly what it is!

I've removed & recreated the library, I've renamed files, I've checked all my permissions, I am simply at a loss. I have 3 ATVs here on 3 TVs, I am not setting some blasted rsync malarkey to get my media on each one, that's the whole point of the SMB!

Update #1. I randomly selected and played 1 file from Season 11 of Top Gear, and it recognized that file & then the rest of that season after it started playing. The other seasons, it hasn't a clue about them.
