Default some movies displaying in 4:3 after updating ...

    hi,

a week ago i updated to the latest boxee version my apple tv offered me. since then i have a weird behavior.

i have a movie with 21:9 resolution.. i watched it some weeks ago and it got displayed correctly (god i love boxee for its overscan abilities).
i checked the settings and it was "original size"
after the update the movie gets displayed in 4:3 - and still the settings in boxee say "original size" - i have now to put it into stretch mode to get a decent picture..

    what could be the issue?..

Have you checked to see if the original file were encoded in that screen ratio?

okay this is consistent for almost all movies - even 16:9 has now a small black frame at the top and bottom - using the setting "original size" will show a picture that is almost half in size as the picture should be - so the black frame is almost 50% of the screen ...

    nobody else has this issue?
