Just bought boxee box how to add apps

Hi
I just bought a boxee box..the apps comes with it a lot less than the PC
software counter part how do I add more apps to it...

So far I like it, browser support could be better so keep improving on the browser..

Other than the apps came with BB you can add third party repositories. One of must have is Navi-X. Look at this thread to find other third party repositories : http://forums.boxee.tv/showthread.ph...y+repositories

BTW what apps you found missing on BB comapred to PC version ??

Some apps will work on both the Boxee desktop software and the BBox - and some will only work on one or the other

To add the 3rd party apps... on the home screen press the back/menu botton, in the drop down highlight in blue, the Apps/Repositories and then navigate to the ' + ' icon in the top right of the screen - click on the + icon and then enter the 3rd party app's URL in the blue/highlighted field and click 'Done' - you can then click on the listed 3rd party repo and choose any App(s) listed there and also add them to your 'Favorites' list by highlighting the star-withing-a-star icon and click enter to add it to 'favorite apps' for quick access
