I couldn't figure out how to obtain my logs and submit them. Please let me know if there is more I should provide and how to do so.
Having a lot of fun with Boxee, however it has missed a lot of my TV series. When trying to resolve one manually, I have run into what I think is a bug.
First, there are several files in my source folders that appear to have been skipped. They do not appear in my library, nor do they appear in the list of unidentified files. One that I have been working to resolve manually has been a backup of The Drew Carey Show.
I don't know if this is relevant, but my backup files for this show are structured as follows: [source path]\...\The Drew Carey Show\Season 1\The Drew Carey Show 01x01 Title.avi.
Though they are not listed in unidentified files, I located them in the File Browser. Opening them in Boxee results in a a dialog that allows me to identify the file. When I do a search for the title, Boxee correctly identifies the show and the season/episode. So far so good... However, when I select the option to "Try to apply season details to all files in folder," it doesn't appear to work.
--> Error here <--
Boxee thinks for quite a while then the dialogs close. However, upon investigation, none of the files, not even the one that had been identified correctly before, are identified in the database. At this point it appears that the identify search for the folder doesn't work. However, if I don't select "Try to apply season details to all files in folder," the single episode is correctly identified and get's added to my TV shows library.
Please let me know if there is anything I should provide or test. I have not yet tested with this a flat folder structure (not broken into Season folders) but I intend to try...
