Currently the Boxee software only runs on computers (Linux, Mac, PCs), AppleTVs (first gen), and the Boxee Box.

Well if they decide to make and Android app for Boxee, then it would be easy for it to come to GoogleTv. However, at the current time table they are going at, it may be a while, if they ever do it. I wouldn't bet on a Roku port.
