After the update, now when I enable subtitles, they display for maybe half a second, and then are gone. Every time there is a new line of dialogue, they display again for about a half second, and then are gone. Changing them to another language does not seem to help. The rips I have are full, 50GB disc rips from imported titles I bought, which cost a crapload of money. I don't want my family derping around with the discs themselves, so getting this feature to work again is kinda important for me.
I noticed this happening yesterday when I was checking out my MKV of Avatar to see how it played. I wasn't sure what the issue was since I typically use my BD ISO to watch so I guess it is some issue with the firmware causing it. I never did try another title with forced subtitles.
