I think all sites should use HTTPS. It's even more important to do it when it is possible to login on the site.
So, this is bad:

Try using the email listed in that last image and see if they'll fully enable https for this site. Otherwise, you're stuck with http like everyone else

The server's name "forums.boxee.tv" does not match the certificate's name "forum.boxee.tv". Oops.
