The "cc" option for local content is a nice feature, it would be even MORE nice if it was available when viewing content from streaming sources as well.

Local content is usually under complete control of the user, i.e. we have a lot of other ways to include subs + odds are we don't need em, whereas streaming content is more often something you just discovers - and out of your control, so here the option of enabling subs would be really appreciated.
