Box will not shutdown
I posted in the 1.1 forum but this seems to have been passed over, so I'm creating new post:
Boxee won't shutdown
I was told to provide logs.
I changed error log to debug on boxee box.
I go to http://boxeebox:8080 and page loads. No logs present (after I cleared the old ones from a few days ago)
I press get latest. Page reloads. Nothing appears under either log section.

My BB does not shut down either

You can either shut the boxee down vi the remote OR via the button. If shutting it off via the button doesnt work, then you may have a defective Boxee box. In order for thelogs to work you do need to reboot the Boxee box after making teh setting change (from what I have read)...

I can shutdown via button, not from remote. That hangs indefinitely.

If so, I've done that and still no logs have been produced.

Boxee Won't Shut Down
While using the Remote to shut down, it locks up or freezes
I have to manually press and hold the button on the box to shut it down.
This happens often..
Has someone found a fix for this?
I see other have had the same problem

The button works just fine for me. But the remote shutdown will make the Boxee hang. Nothing is on the screen but the Boxee is still lit up. Sometimes it stays on for a long time, other times it will shutdown after a few minutes.

I don't know how that works, but mine seems to shut down quickly if I'm only using an app but takes a while to shut down remotely if I'm watching local files.
