NBC fullscreen issues and streaming audio output issues

So I have two problems that I could not find a post about after searching:

1) Just encountered this today, so there may have been another change in NBC's site. When I went to watch community streaming, boxee went to the site and the video began playing fine, however, when I hit enter to g oto fullscreen the video froze as it was and only audio continued to play.

2) I have my boxee install set to output audio to my HDMI Audio Output. This works fine for local content, but when I try to play something streaming the audio output goes to my default device in windows (speakers rather than HDMI audio)
