You can accidentally lower the volume which affects other content like Netflix. Then you have to back out of Netflix and play something that has the volume control to max it out. then backout and start Netflix again. i had this happen a few times when the volume control was with the up/down button.

I've never accidentally hit the volume up or down, but then again, I guess that goes into the same bucket as the people who never use the volume control and figure that means no one uses it. I just hope the option comes back in this maintenance release. Ever forget to wear your watch to work and you keep looking at your wrist anyway? I keep trying to change the volume with the Boxee remote, to no avail

I used the volume once to turn it up as it was very, very low but it turns out, the BB volume was as high it could go.
