This is very very doubtful and putting any faith in it is approaching extreme silliness.
I won't talk about the EA process, but I can say that I've seen no evidence of language barrier issues in any bug reporting or investigating process. More silly that this thought by customers would be for anyone from Boxee to ever claim or admit to this.
This idea is also somewhat insulting to both EA testers and Boxee staff. To Boxee staff especially if it's in reference not to the testing and development, but to contract negotiations and interpretation.
