    Default anyone above 13MB/s speed??

I have been experimenting with various connections - wired/wireless, different routers but cant seem to get above 13MB/s where my laptop get 25 MB/s. is Boxee in some way capped at 13-ish? Anyone getting more?

Let's not have a debate that 13 is enough, it is. Just curious...

What are you using to determine those speeds? If you're using the Boxee Browser and flash-based speed test sites such as speedtest.net, you're going to get flawed results. For whatever reason, the Boxee Browser just doesn't do well with those sites, but that's not necessarily indicative of the Box itself performing poorly.

Copy some of these files to your local network and see how your box performs with them:

I can stream the 28 mbps file with my wireless router a few rooms away and the 34 mbps file with the wireless router in the same room as the Boxee Box. With a wired connection, I can do the 60 mbps file with no problems; I seem to start dropping frames with the 70 mbps files (which is odd because I could do that one with the last firmware). Over USB, I can play the 110 Mbps file with no issues.

If you are talking 13 MB/s not Mbps on a wired connection, then that is a great number for boxeebox. It's wired ethernet is only 100 Mbps which is right about 13 MB/s.

Yeah, we need to know if you're talking megabits or megabytes. Since you used the capital "B", I'm going to assume megabytes. And in that case, since the BBox only has a 100Mbit Ethernet port and 8x13=104, I'd say that's better than what most people get.
