Cross shipped replacement Box. Still not here.
How long took Dlink to send you guys a new box as replacement.
Mine was there next day and I did put my CC with Dlink for cross shipping but nothing yet from their side and I don't have any way to check progress .

Mine was delivered in about a week. They also tried to charge me $5 for a missing AAA battery.

Did they know that nothing in the package takes AAA batteries?

Given my poor experience with being transferred from clueless department to clueless department for hours, I am unwilling to concede that they know anything. I was able to reverse the charge after an hour or so on the phone, but my queries as to whether the battery and CD items were removed from the manifest went unanswered. Perhaps Look30 can verify whether they are still on the manifest.

Got the box today , not new , close to new.
The new box works fine but now I will have in back of my mind that I just got a refurb.
Oh wel.... until the next replacement.
No shipping nor tracking number , no signature required... made it to my door in 4 days tough.
As to answer to your questions , I didn't looked on the manifest but getting charged $5 for a AAA battery.... WTF !!!
