All shares are showing "disconnected"
Hi,
I've had my Boxee Box for a week now and to be honest im far from impressed.
I can play all my files from the normal file browser however after i add a network share to my NAS which is connect via a switch it disconnects after about 5 minutes.
I've reset the NAS and factory reset the Boxee and spent hours and nothing i do can get it too work.
Can anybody help?

Same Here
I am also having this issue with the DLINK Boxee Box.
Everything worked great until the latest update now all SMB shares show disconnected. I have fallowed everything I can find to resolve this (Security, PC Rename, Share security) Even factory reset of the device... unfortunatly the box insists on taking the new update with no option for me to refuse it and at the least keep working with the version that I KNOW works just fine.
This has been a real source of annoyance and as long as this issue remains present i have no interest in telling others to buy this... until this update I would have recommended this product.. now, well....
I have spent weeks trying to resolve the issue, it is an issue with the device since nothing has changed on my network. I have removed and re added shares several times in every way possible with no success.
I am no amature with computers so it makes this situation all the more frustrating. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear, but if it is something that is already in these forums, save your breath, i have tried it already.

This issue has many topics about it. But no solution.
When I first bought this router I thought that all problems where gone. But NO.
I have posted about this issue in other topics and never got any answer, so I will not stop until I get some answer or better , a solution!
Yesterday for some reason I found my attached hdd to the router with my boxee. So I added a folder to be scanned. I started to scan so I browsed navi-x. After about 10 minutes when I went back to MOVIE menu to see how many movies where scanned it said that I need to add a source, EEEEeeaaaaaa again disconnected.
So please boxee guys, solve this problem.

http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-7491
I haven't had the scanning feature work since I received my Boxee back in November yet I set it up at my friends house just fine, frustrating at the very least since now I saw how awesome it is and know its not my fault that it doesn't work.
