It should be Request #26155 with support but when I access it, the URI is boxee.zendesk.com. Fortunately the ticket still exists but is that not the right place to file a support issue because, as shown, I have gotten some (albeit limited) feedback from boxee support?Originally Posted by darcilicious

Issues playing .mpg files after latest firmware uprade
Anyone else having problems with playing MPEG-2 files over SMB? Lately I have gotten sound but not video frames. I hit the forward arrow button and it seemed to recover/work but personally I'm getting tired of this beta/shit software that doesn't do what it claims.
Boxee Box is almost as bad as using Microsoft products (and that is pretty bad since you are running Linux under the hood).
/me cries for the plethora of Boxee Box dev problems
