Applications not launching
Since I updated my firmware on 2/14/11 my applications are not working correctly. I attempted to try and launch applications and the validation fails and it will not launch. The system doesn't freeze it just says validation unsuccessful. I tried shutting the system through boxee menu, hard shutdown, restarting my computer & modem and nothing works. What should I do? Is this a glitch with the new firmware?

Yes, the new version of firmware requires that third-party applications (developed by non-Boxee company folks) be "signed". It is the repsonsibilty of the developer to go through a very simple process to sign their Boxee apps. Until that happens, those unsigned apps won't work.

Does that include regular boxee apps like RSS feeds and Pandora?

No, both the RSS app and Pandora app come directly from Boxee and should work. Are you getting the verification error on those apps?

What happens if you try to launch Pandora twice in a row (a second time right after you first get the error message)?
