    Default Australian apps

Since Boxee box has been out in Australia for quite some time now is there any progress on getting officially supported apps for our different content network?

Uhmmm... no! Sorry, a bunch of us tried to talk to the networks about bringing something over but the response was pretty much either something like "oh yeah maybe one day who knows" or "wtf is a Boxee Box"...

So at the moment you have 2 options:
    1) The noisymime repository located at http://www.noisymime.org/boxee/ which has the ABC and SBS apps in there (the SBS one is not working at the moment)
    2) Try your luck with the official network websites through the Boxee Box browser (don't bother with Channel 9, Silverlight is not supported on the Box)

But if I can recommend something, contact them as well... maybe if enough people bother them over time they might wake up and do something useful

Surely it'd hold more weight coming from Boxee themselves though.

Looking at my newly purchased boxee box apps list, 7Plus and iView seem to be supported now.

Hopefully SBSonDemand will be up and running soon, though I watched Rockwiz on their OnDemand site via the browser last night and it worked well.

I've tried iView on a couple of shows and they seemed to work fine.
7Plus I am still to try. Most of their catchup shows seem to be (ugh) reality shows so not a huge attraction to me.
