Support for YouTube subscriptions

[Note: I'm posting a few separate threads on additional features I'd love to see in the new YouTube module of boxee. I am keeping them separate so as to try and stay on topic in each thread.]

I love the new interface for YouTube in the latest release of boxee. It's great that we're also given the option to log in to our YouTube account.

This being the case, I would love to see the option to view the latest videos from the people I subscribe to. When logged in, being able to choose Subscriptions would be great.

I like the feature of being able to login to specific YouTube Channels. However, it is extremely difficult to remember the names of all your favourite channels (and currently you can only view one channel at a time) so I would like to request an improvement to this function which would allow you to add favourite channels via the web interface (similar to how the RSS fees can be added) and also through the application itself and easily access the content.

Also, the current heading of "login" is somewhat confusing if not misleading. I thought this was for me to login to my own YouTube account (am I the only one?) but soon discovered this is how to access specific channels of interest.

Hope that you are enjoying boxee - if you do want to request new features, we just ask that you search the forum first in case the feature is already requested.
Adding your vote to an existing request gives it more weight, and theres less forum cleanup work needed.

Better still, use Get Satisfaction
