Weird TV Show Issue?

Ok so I just got all 37 episodes of Death Note onto my hard drive. They are named properly and all of them show up in the TV Show section perfectly under "Season 1".
However, there is another list labeled "Extras" that is the same episodes in the same order, but is from Fancast (this is because Fancast has then labeled as Unknown when it comes to seasons). My box is set to Local Content as the most viewed, is there anyway to remove the fancast stuff, or do I just have to deal with it?

No, there is no way to do this except to go through the Files option. There are several Bug reports and Improvement requests for this in Jira (for instance http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-7613 and http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-7522).

You can vote for these issues (if you have a jira account), which might raise the importance level so that the devs will tackle this sooner.
