Default **new app** seesaw for boxee - uk users

SEE SAW BOXEE INTEGRATION INFORMATION AT THE GETSATISFACTION SITE

    ALL UK USERS

SeeSaw (the online UK TV streaming service) has announced that it has finally put its content on boxee for all us UK people!!

Its not clear from the post in the link above whether this will be full integrated into the TV shows section of boxee, or just an app with its own UI in the apps section....

    Has anyone used it yet?

    Comments please!!!

For now it is integrated into the Shows library and only for free content. They do hint that they are working on integrating rentals and subscription accounts, not clear if that would be an app or directly in the shows library or when that might be.

    sky player... dream on.

i dont think sky will want to aid boxee and their box in any way,

it just harms their own set top network connected offering.

Don't see why, you need to be a fully paid up SKY subscriber to get SkyPlayer, it would remove the need for SKY multi-room I suppose if that's what you mean. Could be a good revenue for sky tbh, I would happily pay an extra on top of my SKY package if I could get skyplayer on Boxee

I don't understand why it cannot be done, either on the Boxee box, or on the Boxee software. It's included with Windows Media Center, and if you try to play certain stuff, it says you need multi-room add-on, but some content is available depending on your existing subscription
