Hoping someone from Boxee can add the 'random exit to main menu' to the bug queue, as it happened to me 4 times in 2 hours with subtitles on.

Restart issue
This has been happening with me as well. Seems to have started with the last software update. Is there a way to roll back to the previous update?

When will they fix this!!! It doest happen to every movie.. But I have this dvd rip and every time it restarted it would go on with different subtitles, and then it would just randomly quit after 5 more minutes! SO ANNOYING.
These developers better get there butts in gear seems like theyr'e doing stuff all I think we've had 1 update in 3 months that hasn't fixed antying!!!

Actually it (#7777) has been fixed as of the 1.2 release. I know because I had the issue and don't any more.
Since it's not happening with every movie then it sounds like something completely different. Perhaps you could post more details about what exactly your experiencing?
Always with the same movie/rip or just random ones? Same or different formats? Boxee Box wired or wireless.

I actually am the person that reported that 7777 bug. It was really awful, and made my Boxee Box unusable for months. The temporary solution was for me to take it wireless, and I did not have this problem anymore.
I recently bought my second BB, and this new one is wired in the bedroom. I have only watched maybe 2 hours of video so far, but the problem has not occurred, so for now I have to confirm what Darc said: that particular problem seems to be fixed.
