    Default boxee don't start :(

    Hi everyone

    I turn on my boxee box, loading screen appears, the cube animated start but boxee itself does not, a just got a black screen

    ANY IDEAS? i reset to factory defaults but nothing

    boxee box works just fine yesterday and since day one

    Unplug the HDMI cable and replug while box is turned on.

    i'm downloading the iso to reinstall... that will help?

    Not sure if you can't get the screen to show the menus....

    What version of firmware were you running when this happened?

    Press the start button on the BB for 8 second then release and reset your box

    Alredy do that and did not work

    it's a weird problem, video card i think can't be because the two screens appears on my tv, the boxee loading and the animated cube

    boxee program it's the one that don't start

    alredy download the iso file and reinstall but nothing too

    :'(

    Can you try another TV so you can get the restore process and update to show and process?

    on my current tv the recovery process display

    I did try all the 3 options, reset, factory restore and update

    that's display on my tv

    i reboot the box, i can SEE the loading grey initial screen, i can SEE the animated cube but the boxee menu does not load

    That's still a HDMI handshake issue. Because after the grey cube screen the screen flashes to blue and then handshakes to the tv. Yours is not doing that for some reason.

    Do you have another HDMI cable to try out? Other than that, I've no suggestions other that to post in the other threads regarding the issue and follow along there vs. starting it all over here.

    I saw someone else post this a thread titled after the newest firmware number. He's got the same issue. I"ll try to find it.
