Can see all menus, but videos play sound with no picture

I can't get any video to play correctly, I tried a bunch of tv shows with different sources, movies, used navi-x, and my own files, and I get sound with no picture. This is the first time I've tried watching videos since my boxee downloaded an update. Anyone know what I can do about this? First thing I thought was the hdmi cable - but I wouldn't be able to see anything if something was wrong with that. I can go on webpages, but as soon as video plays I get a black screen.

Youtube was doing that this morning, but now it works fine. Maybe related?

What firmware version are you running?

It's version 1.0.3.16996, and it's not just youtube. I tried the daily show on comedy central, some show called archer on fx, the that episodes season premiere on showtime, tekzilla, I get nothing but sound.

I updated using the usb as listed in the announcements, now it works, thanks!
