    Default boxee divorce

I just think it was such a huge mistake to release Boxee via Dlink to major retail stores and the general public. I have tried to like Boxee since Christmas. Had my hopes dashed with the latest update that the myriad bugs, freezes, skipping, chattering, unresponsive, sluggish behavior would be fixed...not.

6 out of 10 shows never actually play all the way through. Shows that go to commercial never come back. Show playback is so chattery and slow that it is unwatchable. All of this with the highest speed internet that money can buy in this area of Canada. I've never seen my signal below 100mbps.

Mac and laptop computer playback is infinitely better than Boxee now I just need to figure out how to get them hooked up to my brand new LED HDTV.

For what it was hyped up to be I have to say that it is a miserable failure. I am typing this as I sit and look at the tv screen with a frozen still frame of the last commercial that aired 1/2 hour ago.

if you have VGA on computer then VGA on TV that's how I connect my laptop. If you are luckly enough to have a HDMI input on computer use that on the TV.
