    Default Power Off doesn't (sometimes)

Sometimes (actually more often than not), when I click the Power button in the upper left-hand corner (while I'm *not* on the Home Screen), I get the confirmation screen (to Power off, Sleep, or Logout) and I say "Power Off". Then the Boxee Box reboots and returns to the Home screen.

Then, if I press the Power button again (now from the Home screen), I get the PowerOff/Sleep/Logout pop-up, where I select Power Off, and the Box actually *does* power off.

Is that expected behavior? It seems wierd.

I'm running a DLink Boxee Box with 1.0 OS

    Thanks!

    Jon

yes its a known issue and being worked on, the only place where power off will work if from the home screen. You can vote on the ticket thas currently on jira for it...

I have found one benefit to this.. if the box is acting up, you just go to anywhere but the homescreen and shut down, and it restarts the gui fixing most problems

    Default Just an idea...

Then the easiest fix would be to change the "Power Off" text to read "Reboot"

Yes, though SP3 hasn't been released yet so no one has the fix

#3400 is hang on exit, not reboot on exit.

    LOL!
