For those who have trouble with buffering
My network setup is the following:
Apple Time Capsule (NAS) where my media is stored. The Boxee Box was connected to the Time Capsule by wired network and I had trouble playing some movies/series with constant buffering (I have the latest firmware etc, but didn't help my problem).
But today I switched to wireless 802.11n network and guess what? My buffering problems are gone.
For those with a Apple Time Capsule I also configured it to support 5Ghz band, dont know if that can help also.
This is atleast how I solved my problem and I'm now a very happy Boxee Box owner (again :-)
Happy New Year!

The boxee doesn't support 5ghz so that part doesn't matter. I also can't think of any reason why things would work over n and not wired.

I have similar observations. Streaming seems faster over wireless N than a wired network. Dont know why, but that has been my experience.

I haven't tried wired, but I am pretty pretty poor results streaming over N, even though I can stream files to computers farther away with no issues.
