    Default Samba username??

    Hi
    So I have been using boxee on windows and streaming via samba to it from a windows machine. I installed ubuntu and boxee on that. I am trying to set it up on my new Ubuntu machine and it is asking for a username and password when I try to connect to the same windows machine via samba. What is this Username and Password??

    That should be your windows login and password. For my mediacenter, I don't have a password so I just login with the username. (Had to do a cmd line change in Win7 to allow that)

    This is not a Ubuntu or Boxee issue. Your problem is on the server end (Windows)
