backspace not working on album tracklist

I'm using a keyboard with Boxee, so I dont know what remote control button backspace relates to, but I'm finding that backspace takes me back one menu

except...

when you get to the screen of an album's track list with the play and last.fm buttons above it, on that screen the delete key doesn't do anything. The only way to get out of that screen is to use the esc key.

I would expect backspace to take me back to a previous menu like it does on every other menu and screen in Boxee.

I'm using Boxee on (X)ubuntu 8.04.

The backspace key also fails to work when you have loaded up the Profile screen. Only ESC will take you back.

Heres another one for you...

If you are watching a DVD and you bring up the options you get two sub menus, video and audio. Backspace will let you go back out of the Audio menu, but not the Video menu. To get out of the video option menu you need to press ESC.

It made me lol that even in the same sub menu the use of backspace is not consistent.
