Boxee does not index files on NAS

I recently bought a 4TB NAS and transfered all my movies from external harddrives to it. Previously all these external harddrives were connected to my mac mini with boxee and all the movies got identified without any problem.

When i attached the NAS to my mac-mini with Appletalk (afp://) and added the movie directory as a source to my boxee (daily scanning) it didn't recognized the movies at all. The movies are in the exact same naming format as they were on the external hard drives (and they did get identified there).

I did some manual scans, waited a few days, but none of the movies got identified. I tried to identify some movies manually, this did work but doing this for all my movies would be a real pain in the ***.

That's why i currently switched over to xbmc, it identifies the movies without any problem. None the less i would very much like to see this bug fixed in Boxee, because i really miss the social aspect and i love Boxee! I was also about to buy a Boxee Box, but since it don't get my movies identified i want to be sure this can be fixed first.
