Can't send file to BB attached USB HD (no permission)

Hi Guy's !

I need your help as I'm new to the Boxee Box and I have an issue, which I'm sure it's nothing major.

Ok, I have a WD Elements 2Tb connected on USB to the Boxee Box and from my iMac I can see it and browse it or play from it but I can drag & drop from iMac to the WD Elements as it's says : "One or more items can’t be copied to “Season 3” because you don’t have permission to read them. Do you want to copy the items you are allowed to read?"

Then I click yes and it still doesn't copy the files from my iMac to WD Elements, am I doing something wrong ? is it another way to copy files from iMac to the HD connected to Boxee Box ?

I also tried to edit the name of one file on the HD but it show me "You don’t have permission to rename the item Titanic.mkv"

Not sure what format your drive is so I'll assume HFS+.

Are you trying to drop files onto boxeebox directly? Try navigating into the wd_2tb folder and then dropping the file over.

I did navigate on the folder I can seen my file and even playing them but can't edit or add

What format is the drive? I've tried NTFS and ext4 and both work for me with an OS X client.

Oh yeah I think you are right, I'm going to try now to change "Everyone to Read & Write"
