YouTube vidoes won't play

First of all I would to say thank you for making such a wonderful product, I am enjoying it throughly for the past couple of days (I have it installed on my Asus EeeBox running Xubuntu 8.10). Looking forward to a dedicated set top box running Boxee, so that I can buying one from my parents.

Now on to my problem. I can't watch any YouTube videos on my Boxee. Hulu, CBS, and the others work great but when I click on YouTube video it just won't play it. No error nothing just goes back to the video list as if it was done playing and the video shows up on my recently viewed in my home dashboard. These same videos works fine in Firefox.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am having the same exact problem, when I select a youtube video to watch, nothing happens, it just returns to the list of videos from my search. I am running boxee on ubuntu 8.04 on an HP zv6000.

Ditto here. Happens on my AppleTV with latest and greatest update, and also on my Mac Mini.
Exact same symptoms as other posters.
All else is golden.

Same problem here. It worked fine before the huge upgrade.

Just got it installed today, I need to configure some additional things on my ATV and I will post back if I am experiencing the same issue.

currently Youtube is not working on all platforms ..will be solved in the next version..

was this resolved? for me on appletv, youtube videos only show the controller [the thumbnail and the big play icon] but I cannot get them to play.

yes ..please make sure you are using the latest version..

I'm running Boxee version 0.9.10.5534 on my Mac Mini. I've tried deleting Boxee and then reinstalling it and erasing my library. I am still not able to watch youtube videos. I click play and it just takes me back to the list of videos. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
