I can't say how it's working on the Box platform, but I just tried the Rick Mercer report on the software version and it's working okay. So it's not CBC.

I'm watching The Fifth Estate right now on Boxee Box.
I haven't had any problems. Sometimes it takes 10-20 seconds to show up.

I've watched, The George Show, Passionate Eye and Dragons Den with no problems.

A factory reset seems to fix a lot of these issues.
