Default Boxee DTS in separate file

I have a bunch of MP4 videos. In addition to each MP4, there is a separate DTS file, with the same filename (except the extension is .dts). I would love for Boxee to use this as the audio source instead of the stereo audio track in the MP4 file.

Is there anyway Boxee can or does support this (or am I doing something wrong?)

    Thanks,
    Brian

normally you would remux these into a single file using something like mkvmerge
